Smoky & Sweet Chili Tacos with Mexican Street Corn

  • 1 package GATC Smoky & Sweet Chili Strips 
  • olive oil
  • 2 ears of corn, shucked
  • 4 tbsp of sour cream 
  • 2 tbsp of mayonnaise 
  • 3 oz cotija cheese, grated 
  • 1 tbsp chili powder 
  • 1 lime 
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced 
  • cilantro, to taste 
  • 4 corn tortillas


  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and two ears of shucked corn. Cook until corn starts to brown. Then set aside. 
  2. Place skillet back over medium-high heat, add olive oil and GATC turkey strips. Cook for five minutes until turkey is fully cooked. Set aside for later. 
  3. Take browned corn, and add sour cream, mayonnaise, cotija cheese, and chili powder. Mix together. 
  4. Build taco on corn tortilla. Add Mexican street corn, cooked turkey strips, red onion, jalapeños, and cilantro. Drizzle some lime and extra cotija cheese. 
  5. Gobble up & Enjoy!

*Chef's Tip: For extra olé, add more chili powder to taste.
