- 1 package GATC Spicy Masala Turkey Strips
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 head of butter lettuce
- 1 small English cucumber, diced
- 2 tablespoons cilantro
- 1/2 lime
- 1 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 cup mint
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 inch ginger, peeled
- 1 green chili pepper (Serrano, Thai, or jalapeño)
In a blender, add Cilantro-Mint Chutney ingredients and 1 tablespoon of water at a time. Pulse until chutney has reached a smooth consistency. Serve in small bowl and set aside.
In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook GATC Spicy Masala Turkey Strips for 2 minutes. Turn over and repeat until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
On a cutting board, let turkey rest for 3 minutes. Slice turkey strips into bite size pieces.
Arrange lettuce cups for serving. Top with sliced turkey, cucumber, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime. Plate with chutney and serve immediately.
