Spicy Masala Turkey Lettuce Wraps with Cilantro-Mint Chutney

  • 1 package (12 oz.) GATC Spicy Masala Turkey Strips
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 head of butter lettuce
  • 1 small English cucumber, diced
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro 
  • 1/2 lime 

Cilantro-Mint Chutney 

  • 1 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 cup mint
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1⁄2 inch ginger, peeled
  • 1 green chile pepper (serrano, Thai, or jalapeno) 
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt 
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1-3 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin


In a blender, add Cilantro-Mint Chutney ingredients and 1 tablespoon of water at a time. Pulse until chutney has reached desired consistency. Serve in small serving bowl and set aside.

    In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook GATC Spicy Masala Turkey Strips for 2 minutes. Turn over and repeat until thoroughly cooked (165°F).

    On a cutting board, slice cooked turkey strips into bite-size pieces.

    Arrange lettuce cups for serving. Top with sliced turkey, cucumber, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime. Plate with chutney and serve immediately.
