- 2 GATC Sweet Italian Turkey Sausages
- 2 GATC Hot Italian Turkey Sausages
- 1 + 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 2 yellow onions, sliced
- 2 green bell peppers, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
In a cast-iron skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and onions. Cook for about 2-4 minutes until onions begin to soften.
Add peppers and cook until softened. Then add garlic and cook for 5 more minutes.
In a separate skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and GATC Sweet and Hot Italian Sausages. Cook covered for 7-10 minutes and turn every 2 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
On a cutting board, let turkey rest for 3 minutes. Slice sausages into 1/2 inch pieces and add to skillet with onions and peppers.
Mix and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Gobble up and enjoy!
If you prefer the Sweet or Hot Italian, feel free to substitute all sausages with 1 package of either flavor.
