Remove cutlets from package. Stovetop: Add ½ T of oil to a sauté pan over medium heat. Add cutlets. Cook covered for 5 minutes. Turn-over. Repeat until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let stand 3 minutes.
Grill: Place directly on grate over medium flame for 8-10 minutes. Turn often, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
